In the past we would have taken care of it ourselves. Well, now we know better. My plumber recommended Fresh Start. Rich and Jose ripped out all the soaked carpet and padding, scraped and cleaned the cement floor. Numerous powerful commercial dehumidifiers and blowers were placed all over. They took all the garbage with them. After two days Rich returned to check the moisture levels and moved the machines where needed. My basement has never been drier.
